Emma Stone
Emily Jean Stone was born to Krista Jean
Stone and Jeffrey Charles Stone in Scottsdale, Arizona, on November 6 8th,
1988. She is a homemaker. Jeffrey Charles Stone is the CEO and founder of the
company that contracts for work, Stone Contracting. She has Swedish and British
Isles origins. Stone began acting in her youth as an Valley Youth Theatre
member in Phoenix, Arizona. She first appeared on stage in Kenneth Grahame's
"The Wind in the Willows." Stone appeared in numerous other
productions during her early teens until, around the age of fifteen, she
decided that she wanted to pursue a career in acting. As per the official
report she presented her PowerPoint slide show that was funded by the Madonna's
Hollywood and was dubbed "Project Hollywood" in an effort to persuade
her parents and let her to quit school and move to Los Angeles. She and her
mother made the pitch and moved to LA. Her schooling was done at home, and she
spent the time performing auditions. She had her TV breakthrough when she won
the part of Laurie Partridge in the VH1 talent/reality show In Search of the
Partridge Family (2004) which resulted in a variety of small TV roles over the
next years. Following a string successes in the role, her appearance as Olive
in Easy A (2010) was her movie debut. Attended Xavier College Preparatory in
Phoenix, Arizona. While she is a redhead, her natural hair color her hair is
blonde. It was Judd Apatow who suggested she change her hair color for Superbad
(2007) and she loved it so much that she chose to keep the color. At age 15 she
convinced her parents she could make the move to Hollywood. She achieved this
by creating an PowerPoint presentation titled Project Hollywood. Her first
experience in acting at 11 years of age at the Valley Youth Theatre in Phoenix,
AZ, where she performed in more than 16 stage productions , as well as
performing in the theatre's comedy-improv troupe. Caylee Cowan was also a part
of the Valley Youth Theatre.
